Laya Wellness Group (Laya Yoga and Westside Yoga) is a very welcoming sanctuary of Yoga Shalas (commonly known as studios), offering services to its warm and loving communities through its beautiful Shalas located in Point Cook and Seddon.
We believe each one of us is completely full and fully complete. “Come as you are” is the core foundation of our Shalas and the teachings.
